At Magic Soles Studio of Performing Arts we take pride in providing a safe place for everyone to feel welcome. Here’s what we mean by that!
Body Positivity - Dancers of all shapes and sizes are welcome to express them selves in any way that is appropriate and should always feel confident in their skin.
LGBTQ+ - Our community has many family’s that can identify with this group. We protect, cherish and support everyone the same no matter how they choose to identify. No one should ever feel unloved.
Spectrum Awareness - It may be concern to some parents, whether or not their child who is on the Autism Spectrum will thrive in a studio environment. Our staff are familiar with working with children of all ends of that spectrum. If classes seem to over stimulating we can work together to make a customized plan for your family. This plan could include noise canceling head phones to private lessons and any thing in between as long as we can make it work with our curriculum.
Gender Stigmas - Boys and girls should both feel welcomed in the world of dance. Dance is not a girly activity and costuming can always be adapted to fit comfort needs.
Ethnic Equality - There is no tolerance of ignorance towards ethnic differences in our studio. Students should never feel like less because of the color of their skin or the way they speak. If your student has a language barrier we are unable to provide them with a translator outside of the languages our staff members speak, however, you are welcome to provide your own.
What being inclusive means for our community..
How do we stand to protect?..
Our community has a ZERO tolerance policy for bullying. Name calling of any kind is prohibited. We have an Open Door policy in the sense that if at any time a parent, staff member, student, or sibling feels they are being harassed in any way they should immediately let Miss Molly know and we will set up a meeting to find out what’s going on.
